Acting on behalf of private investor clients, Howard Jenkins has concluded a rent review on a modern trade counter unit in Spalding let to Travis Perkins achieving a rental increase of over 20% back-dated to March 2015.

The premises comprise a unit of c.9,210 ft² plus mezzanine, on a site of 1.25 acres. The revised rent was determined by Independent Expert, and Howard Jenkins represented the landlord as expert witness throughout the process.
