Howard Jenkins has undertaken valuations in respect of a number of properties across Yorkshire and the North East; these were required for purposes including acquisition, probate and pension scheme requirements.
All such valuations were undertaken in accordance with the RICS Valuation Global Standards (the “Red Book”) for which Howard Jenkins is regulated.

The new unit is located at York Business Park and has a GIA of c.10,000 ft².
Howard Jenkins has sold on behalf of Forshaw Land & Property a vacant restaurant unit in York City centre to a UK investment company.
The premises in George Hudson Street extend to a GIA of c.2,000 ft² and the sale was by way of a long ground lease negotiated off a guide price of £450,000.
