Acting on behalf of private clients, Howard Jenkins has sold a freehold industrial property in Gowdall Lane, Pollington comprising HQ offices, production facility and expansion land.
Accessible from the M62 and 3 miles south west of Snaith, the property comprises a total GIA of 18,685 ft² on a site area of 3.36 acres; it was previously occupied by Accur-a-Cut and AC Graphics, graphic designers and specialist print services, until the Group was acquired by a larger US company.
